Easthampstead Park Conference Centre is located midway between Bracknell and Wokingham, with good travel links to London, Heathrow and beyond.

Travel by Car

We are located a few miles from Junction 10 of the M4, with access from the M3 or M25 motorways. We highly recommend that you use our direction map to assist you in locating the centre.

Sat-nav: Despite our best efforts to get the maps updated for sat-nav systems, there have been some road (and postcode!) changes in recent years that may affect your journey when using a sat-nav. If possible, it is usually best to put in the following options:

  • "Peacock Lane, Bracknell"
  • "Old Wokingham Road, Wokingham"
  • RG40 3DB (this is the end of our driveway)
  • RG40 3DF (the centre)

 If you find yourself being directed into "Great Hollands", then your sat-nav is taking you the wrong way - use the options above.

Travel by Train

The conference centre is 3 miles from either Bracknell or Wokingham stations. Taxis are normally available at either station, however you may prefer to pre-book during busy periods. Use the link on the right to plan and book your journey with National Rail Enquiries, or create your own pocket timetable.

Travel by Plane

The nearest airport is Heathrow, which is approximately 26 miles from the conference centre. Train links are available via central London, although the journey takes around 1½ hours. Alternatively a taxi will cost approximately  £35-55 each way, depending on time of day, size of vehicle and waiting time.

Travel by Helicopter

If you wish to arrive by helicopter, then please email the Sales Office to book (landing charge applicable).
