Kitchen Porter | Full Time

As Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for the pot wash area in a busy kitchen. You will need to be a good communicator, take pride in your work and be flexible in your approach. Attention to detail in ensuring that all crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are cleaned to the highest standard. Previous experience of working as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Hours are 45 per week over 5 days. Salary £26,910 per annum. Wedding and Events Sales Executive | Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Weddings and Events Sales Executive to join our team at our stunning venue - Easthampstead Park Hotel in Wokingham. This critical role will be varied and suit a dedicated and highly organised person who can work on their own initiative.

We are ideally looking for someone that has previous experience working in a similar role who is enthusiastic about weddings.

The ideal candidate will be highly customer focused team player with a positive demeanour and can-do attitude. The ability to work under pressure whilst displaying a keen eye for detail and excellent communication are key to this role alongside a warm and genuine approach.

Bar Assistant | Full Time | 45 hours per week

•   We are looking for a dynamic & experienced Bar Assistant to join our team. Up to £26,910 per annum
•   Set up our fabulous Bar areas in accordance with venue function requirements, ensuring our brand standards shine through. You will be heavily involved in creating those new brand standards to ensure the team are all working together and supporting each other.
•   Keep our bar fully stocked with all the essential ingredients for our signature drinks, wines and standard orders.
•   Maintain a clean and organised bar area, creating a safe and inviting environment for our customers.
•   Keep an eye on equipment stock levels, ensuring we're always ready to meet the demands of our business.
•   Show off your mixology mastery by creating a wide variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Personal Trainer/Gym Floor Coach | 12 hours per week

Located between Bracknell and Wokingham, on the site of Easthampstead Park Hotel, East Park Gym is not your average hotel gym. We offer Personal Training, Gym Studio Classes, Exercise Programs and more. Providing a totally unique fitness experience, encompassing a real sense of community, promoting success, inclusivity and friendliness.

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our fitness team as Personal Trainer/Gym Floor Coach. As East Park Gym has many fitness products on offer, your role will also include talking to members about their fitness journey and finding avenues that we can support them.

Up to £11.50 per hour. Ideal hours for the role are 3 days per week 06.00am-10.00am

We are seeking a dynamic Operational Wedding and Events Manager to run weddings and events in our stunning hotel. You will need positive energy, excellent communication skills, a passion for service excellence and be of immaculate presentation. Up to £32,000 per annum.

Operating all conferencing, weddings and banqueting on site.
Organising and conducting training in line with brand standards.
Leading the conference and banqueting team in delivering a first class service at all events.
The set up and tear down of all event rooms in line with function requirements.
Meeting and greeting clients to build and develop a lasting relationship.
Working in line with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from time of enquiry to time of leaving.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Wedding and Events Operational Manager to support the Food and Beverage team. You will need positive energy, excellent communication skills, a passion for service excellence and be of immaculate presentation. Up to £28,000 per annum.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an operational role which often includes late nights and weekends when you are running a wedding or event. It can be physically demanding and is not an office-based administrative role.
