When do your Christmas Party Nights start and end?
Our Joiner Christmas Party Nights typically begin with arrivals from 6:30pm, followed by a 7pm sit-down, with celebrations concluding at midnight. Full details for our 2026 Christmas Party Nights will be launching soon.
Do you have free on-site parking?
We have car parking spaces for up to 200 cars throughout the venue.
How do I get to Easthampstead Park?
Directions from the M4: Turn off the M4 at junction 10 and go left onto the A329(M). Continue for approximately two miles until you reach the Jennets Park Roundabout, where you turn off and make your way to Peacock Lane, taking a right turn at the roundabout. The entrance to Easthampstead Park is approximately 700 metres down Peacock Lane on your left.
Directions from the M3: Turn off the M3 at junction 3 and go right onto the A322. Continue for approximately five miles until you reach the Jennets Park Roundabout, where the A322 turns into the A329(M). Turn off to the left and make your way to Peacock Lane, taking a right turn at the roundabout. The entrance to Easthampstead Park is approximately 700 metres down Peacock Lane on your left.

What is the dress code?
Dress code is smart evening wear, and black tie is optional. Strictly no jeans or trainers.
Where can I leave my coat?
There is a free cloakroom on arrival. Please note that Easthampstead Park cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the cloakroom.
How will I know which table I am on?
We allocate the tables randomly. However, if you book more than one table, we will place them next to each other. Your table number will be displayed on the table plan in the entrance.
Can I pre-order drinks?
Yes, our drinks packages can be ordered through our Sales Team. These are available for pre-order only, before the event date.
What happens if I didn't pre-order my drinks?
The main bar will be open throughout the night to buy drinks. However, the pre-ordered drinks packages will not be available to order on the night.
Do I need to pre-order my food?
Yes. Your organiser will send a link to your email from an app called Creventa, so you can choose your meal and add any dietary needs and intolerances. You can also find our menu on our website.
What entertainment will there be?
Our Christmas party nights are packed with festive fun. All will be revealed soon!
Is there any age restriction?
Guests must be 18 years old or above to attend our shared Christmas party nights.
Can I stay overnight at Easthampstead Park?
Yes, we have a limited number of bedrooms at Easthampstead Park, offered at a discounted rate. We will send a discount code to the group organiser, who can pass it to anyone wishing to book a bedroom, subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions for smoking?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas inside the event space. There is a designated smoking area outside.
Can I book a table with less than 12 people?
Yes. The cost for these events is per table, so you can have fewer people on each table, but the cost stays the same. We do not usually provide sharing tables at our themed Christmas parties, but please feel free to enquire.
