Our Joiner Christmas Party Nights typically begin with arrivals from 6:30pm, followed by a 7pm sit-down, with celebrations concluding at midnight.

We have car parking spaces for up to 200 cars throughout the venue.

Directions from the M4:
Turn off the M4 at junction 10 and proceed left onto the A329 (M)
Continues for approximately two miles until you reach the Jennets Park Roundabout where you'll turn off and 
make your way to Peacock Lane where you'll take a right turn at the roundabout.
The entrance to Easthampstead Park will be approximately 700 meters down Peacock Lane on your left.

Continue for approximately five miles until you reach the Jennets Park Roundabout, which is where the A322 
turns into the A329(M), here you'll turn off to the left and make your way to Peacock Lane where you'll take a 
right turn at the roundabout.

Dress code is smart evening wear, black tie is optional. Strictly no Jeans and Trainers.

There is a free cloakroom on arrival. Please note Easthampstead Park cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to items left in the cloakroom.

We will allocate the tables randomly. However, if you book more than one table, we will place them next to each 
other. Your table number will be displayed on the table plan in the entrance.

Yes, our drinks packages can be ordered via our Sales Team. Available for pre-order only before the event date.

The main bar will be open throughout the night to purchase drinks however, the pre-ordered drinks packages will 
not be available to order on the night.

Yes, your organiser will send you a link to your email from an app called Creventa so you can choose your meal, add any dietaries and intolerances. You can also find our menu on our website.

Guests must be 18 years old or above to attend our shared Christmas party nights.

Yes, we do have a limited number of bedrooms at Easthampstead Park. For which, we will be offering a discounted rate. We will send a discount code to the group organiser who will be able to give it to the attendees wishing to book a bedroom, subject to availability

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the areas inside of the event space. You will be able to find a designated smoking area outside.

Yes. The cost price for these events however, is per table. So you can have a lower amount of people on each table, but the cost will remain the same. Operationally we usually do not provide "sharing" tables at our themed Christmas Parties, however please do feel free to enquire.
