Located within the picturesque Easthampstead Park grounds, The King Suite is a purpose-built venue suited for a variety of large corporate events from conferences to team-building days.

Downshire Ballroom

Located on the ground floor our impressive ballroom is a beautiful and elegant space, perfect for large conferences, seminars, exhibitions, training and more.

Trumbull

Located on the First floor with lift access, Trumbull is a large light and airy space, dominated by large sash windows offering wonderful views over our Pavilion and rear gardens and grounds.

Pope

Located on the First floor with lift access, Pope is a lovely light and airy triple aspect corner medium sized room offering wonderful views over our rear gardens and grounds. A perfect choice for those looking to combine modern necessities with tranquil surroundings.

Sandys

Located on the First floor with lift access, Sandys is a double aspect corner medium sized room offering wonderful views over our Pavilion gardens and grounds. We can offer the flexibility of any set-up style in this room in order to suit your needs.

Harwich

Located on the First floor with lift access, Harwich is a medium sized airy room with large windows overlooking our rear gardens and grounds. We can offer the flexibility of any set-up style in this room in order to suit your needs.

Yes, we have an onsite car park with up to 190 spaces available. Parking is complimentary as part of your delegate package.

Our meeting rooms are located on the first floor with the exception of the Downshire Ballroom, which is situated on the ground floor.

Yes, all our meeting rooms at Easthampstead Park are equipped with air conditioning. Your comfort is our priority.

Yes, our meeting rooms are wheelchair accessible. We have wide doorways for wheelchair access and a lift on-site to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

In our meeting rooms we offer an Active Box that includes all your stationary essentials: pencils, stapler, highlighters, paper clips, sticky pads, and a ruler. Additionally, you'll find Active branded notepads and pens.

Yes, our meeting rooms come equipped with one flipchart. If you require additional flipcharts they can be added at an extra cost.

While we do not offer in-house team building, we have recommended team building suppliers who can assist us. You have the option to hire our grounds or a meeting room depending on the activity you require for your team building event.

We provide a dedicated conference host with general knowledge of our equipment. If your event requires more extensive technical support we can recommend third-party suppliers to ensure your technical needs are met.

You can choose to have a buffet-style lunch in our restaurant or if you prefer a working lunch we can serve it directly in the meeting room for your convenience.

You can find refreshment areas at both ends of the meetings corridor which is situated on the first floor

Yes, we offer on-site accommodation which is located in our main Easthampstead Park mansion and Hepburn which provides a total of 92 bedrooms. Accommodation can be booked in conjunction with your event subject to availability.
