Are all the bedrooms in the main mansion?
No. We have over 90 bedrooms in total, split across two buildings. There is the original Mansion House, with classic rooms, and the newer Hepburn House next door, with modern rooms, linked by a bridge. If you would prefer one or the other, just let us know when you book on 0118 974 7576.
Do you offer family rooms?

Do the rooms have air conditioning?

Do you have any quiet areas to take a call or relax?
Yes, there are several calm spots to choose from. Guests are welcome to use our lounge and Orangery, or settle on the garden terrace and in the grounds for a quieter moment. If you need space for a call, our reception team can point you to the best spot. Call 0118 974 7576.
Is there a lift?

What are the restaurant and bar opening times?
Our Bar is open every day from 10am to 11pm, with drinks served from 12pm and a lounge menu available from 12pm to 9:30pm. The Terrace Restaurant serves breakfast daily from 7am to 10am, plus lunch and dinner. Our Grill 1864 restaurant is open on Friday and Saturday evenings from 6:30pm.
